The Promo Boxes are a line of, well, promotional boxes, that The Pokémon Company International puts out pretty much every set that features a new Black Star Promo card, a jumbo version of that card, a PTCGO Code Card, and four booster packs for around $19.99 at most major retailers like Walmart, Target, or Toys R Us. For the Phantom Forces expansion (old, I know), TPCi released the Gallade EX Box, XY45. Booster packs found inside were two Phantom Forces, one Flashfire, and one XY.

These pulls were amazingly awful.
