Our forth (and possibly final new mold) of the Cube Busou Series is Cube Koumori, otherwise known as Cube Bat. Cube Koumori can transform from Zyuoh Cube to Cube Animal to Cube Weapon in a few easy steps. Cube Koumori turns into the Koumori Boomerang, which, as the name suggests, is a boomerang weapon. A living baterang if you will. It can be held by Zyuoh King and Zyuoh Wild, but is sized and meant for Tousai Zyuoh. With Cube Koumori here, the last piece of Wild Zyuoh King is here and the formation can finally be completed.
Wild Zyuoh King is a beast of a mecha. He’s not the tallest thing we’ve gotten, but to see our collection of cubes culminate with Cube Rhinos into this lovely mess is pretty great. It embraces the Cube motif well, and does look like a little mech suit piloted by a bunch of bricks. It’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but I have the feeling it’s going to be my favorite formation of the entire show.
Overall Cube Koumori is a nice addition to the line, and probably my favorite of the weapons released thus far. The color is great, the mold is pretty fun, and well, bats are cool. Wild Zyuoh King is a wonderful combination, and everything is just really cool. Cubes 4 lyfe.

There’s one more new “weapon” mold, actually – Cube Octopus, which functions as a backpack attachment, is coming out in the fourth quarter.
