Review: SHS06 – GoseiKnight

SHS06: GoseiKnightI pretty much did this video for lulz and for an excuse to show off the cool GoseiKnight papercraft that came with the July Issue of Televikun. As for the Sentai Hero Series figure, the details are really spectacular, as they usually are on these vinyls. Articulation is limited, as it only has a rotating waist and 360 arm rotation, just like all Sentai Hero Series figures do. He looks great with the other five, and just looks like an all around badass. He comes with the Knight Brothers card, which says “Summon! New Power!” in the Tensouder and “Summon! Knight Brother!” in the Leon Cellular when you enter 263. He stands about as tall (a hair taller) than the other Goseigers, and is super cool.

The GoseiKnight papercraft is really awesome. You construct it with a system of rubber bands on the inside that connects to the legs to the waist, the arms to the body, and the head to everything. This allows the papercraft to have hip articulation (he can kick!), arm articulation (he can…club people?), and head articulation (he’s an owl!)! It really is one of the coolest papercrafts I’ve built. It wasn’t that hard, it looks cool. and it even has a cool Leon Laser in sword mode.

Overall, the GoseiKnight is definitely a cool vinyl figure, and definitely worth the purchase if you have the others, or really want the Knight Brother card. The papercraft is really cool, so those of you that have the July issue of Televikun, I recommend building it. If you are to lazy, well screw you.

Review: SHS01-05 Goseigers

I wasn’t going to originally review these, as they’re so simple, but I did the photo gallery for them, so I figured I might as well do a quick video to show them of as well. Besides, this bides me time while I do Kuuga Rising Ultimate’s photos…

I’m not a huge fan of the vinyl SHS or RHS figures, but I have to admit, the detail is there, and they do look rather nice together. The cards that came with them are a definite plus, and are even more incentive to get the figures. They’re really cheap, look nice on display, and come with kick ass cards, so all in all, it was a nice purchase. Now I just need the Tensouder…
